1/100 Master Grade Gundam Exia
As a close quarters unit, there is need for its movements to be as human-like as possible this was the main design of the Exia.
Exia was designed with joints that have the same range of motion as a human. To make sure that Exia's range of movement is not affected, the exia armor is seperated into much finer pieces than the other Gundams.
This design would mean that portions of the internal structure is revealed during certain movements and pauses.
Its served Exia as it has the lowest hit rate among the four main 3rd Generation Gundam designs.
Exia's solid swords are all designed with the ability to easily pierce any GN Field usage on contact
At the time when Exia's solid swords were still incomplete, they made their completion an urgent priority. A higher level of responsibility was given to Exia's pilot.
I used white pearl for the white parts.

The unit is piloted by Setsuna F. Seiei. The GN-001 Gundam Exia is the close combat Gundam featured in both seasons of Mobile Suit Gundam 00.

The kit was built out of the box. No modifications done. Its a very easy build no fit issues. Color separation is good. I had some problems using the kit supplied dry transfer markings. they are really such a pain to apply. I used tamiya acrylic paints thinned by tamiya acrylic thinner applied using my tamiya airbrush.

Decanted and thinned Bosny paints for the main body color. I used white pearl for the white parts.
sprayed silver then Honda red for the red parts for that candy tone look.
